LITGRID to pay out dividends to shareholders

At the ordinary general meeting of Lithuanian electricity transmission system operator LITGRID, convened on April 7, 2014, shareholders decided to distribute the company's profits for 2013 and pay 0,2237 litas per share in dividends, the company said in a statement.
